Tomorrow Tom & Dan will be recording their 2 Year Anniversary episode of Broken Silicon.  Below you may submit extra comments, thoughts, and questions regarding BS/MLID's past & future.

Anything you want us to remember?  Any questions about the future? What do you like most about the content? When do you think Dan will finally "know" or be more than "ok"?

*last question was a joke.

We will take a little extra time to celebrate and look back at the end of the show.

Hey Tom, and Dan. First I want to thank you for your hard work when it comes to these tech leaks, you have helped inform me on my purchases when it comes to my pc, and monitor. So now this is my question, I am looking to get a 4k TV, I know you have mentioned the LG Oled TVs but I see LG coming out with Mini Led TVs soon. Should I wait for the Mini Led ones or just go with the OLED? Also which OLED TV do you have, if I am debating if it worth paying the extra to get the CX over the BX. Thanks again, and I under that feeling Dan, I just graduated with my Computer Engineering degree, I know what it's like to just be OK. Hahaha Thanks again guys

I don't have a question but just a big thank you! My intro to MLID started probably around the time Broken Silicon episode 25 came out. I started to follow the content of the channel more closely after that because at that time, alot of techtubers I had been following (besides the usual suspects) were not as interesting to me due to a lack of appealing content. You were at that time the only techtuber I knew who was looking to the future and basically preparing for it and helping the rest of us to understand the importance of being listeners and logical researchers. I can definitely state outright the content was a big help in me wanting to get more involved in PC hardware. The leaks you provided were way better vetted overall and you have been probably been the most down to earth but also have the strongest character of any content creator I have met. I appreciate your willingness to always push the content and yourself to do better. Thanks also for making me a mod. Looking forward to the incredible growth we will have very soon!

Found you really early on, put many friends onto your channel!

Hi Tom and Dan. I've been a subscriber since close to the beginning. You only had about 12k when I subscribed and Broken Silicon had under 10 episodes. Friends of the show included Coreteks and Good Old Gamer, Chris. I've been a Patreon member for the last year to help make sure you could quit your day job and create even better content. I enjoy your insights on how the new architecture will change how we use technology.

I’m going to change things up a little bit. Hello Dan, and Tom. Do you plan on using the big brother role and taking back the 6700XT from Dan, so you can do some FSR testing late this month?

No questions for you guys but I want to share my appreciation for this community. I'm not sure when I first started following MLID regularly; at least a few mos before December 2019 as Tom is the reason why I bought a 5700 XT for my son that XMas. (Still have it and loving it). I stumbled across the channel twice without realizing Tom was the same guy that I saw monologuing while he was walking through the woods and giving OC guides for MX150s. When he brought those old videos up in a relatively recent video or podcast, I finally connected the dots. I appreciate the content and the community so much that I'm happy to volunteer my time to help maintain a quality environment for all of the patrons supporting this channel. Fatboy (or whatever the hell his name is this week), KarbinCry and the new piggy, Melodic Warrior comprise what is proving to be a pretty badass moderation team. Can't wait to see what's in store for the rest of the year. Tom, you've gotten some pretty banger guests in the past but I suspect there might be several more on the way. Dan, You're okay too. (For real though, props for continuing to make regular appearances during grad school. The MLID brother episodes are a channel staple.)

Hello Dan and Tom, hahahahha. Only one question here from me. From what you can gather about the current state of the gaming and PC market place, when will supply meet demand on consoles and PC hardware? (asking for a prediction from you) I'm extremely happy with the membership. I have zero regrets. Even when I was briefly unemployed I stayed a patreon because supporting media like this is worthwhile. Every time I take a moment and listen, it enriches my life and mind. I greatly appreciate what you and the team deliver.

I am curious. What are Dan's plans when it comes to MLID? I am sure that killing frogs is far more profitable than chatting with his brah on a podcast. Unless it isn't and I got in the wrong damn industry.

Hey Tom and Dan. If AMD’s FSR should be pretty common given that it doesn’t require much developer work, could that actually make more pressure for Nvidia to support it on their cards? If you can get FSR on most games with an AMD card and not NVIDIA, maybe people switch from nvidia to AMD GPUs, especially on lower tier cards, to make use of FSR and get better performance for less money. Thanks for all your work.

Hi Tom and Dan, congratulations on two years! Tom, do you remember when you first thought seriously about making MLID your full-time job? Did anything specific cause this? How did Dan respond when you told him? Where do you hope to see the channel two years from now? And Dan, what animal do you aspire to be killing at that point in time?

Got on the bandwagon during the "10 Years of Being a PC Gamer" videos being posted on r/AMD. Kept with the channel due to the mix of grounded perspective, leaks, shooting the shit with Dan, and interviews/conversations with all sorts of tech people. It's a good mix that most other tech channels don't have, since most of them are focused on reviews or leaks exclusively. Anyway, keep up the good work guys!

Hi, First mandatory pun, will you make 2year anniversary gpu.. ehm Tie...shirt?? No special question this time.

First i want to say thank you guys so much for two years of great content to listen to. second i just want to say the thing i like most about the content, and what makes it stand out so much from other creators content, is the variety of topics, guests, and the brand agnostic coverage. This is one of the few channels where it feels like there's real thought and effort behind every video rather than just farming views

Hey Tom, I just bought an RTX 3080Ti for the little sum of 2069€. I’m not proud but I have waited for 8 months on a 3080… Do you think OLED panels with 120hz in 4K and around 40“ wide will be available in some years for under 600$ ?
