Yes! I know its gonna happen eventually, so i created a shared folder on mediafire where i drop 2k compressed textures from time to time

Thank you for making the Lower resolution textures folder. Those 1gb files were killing my HDD. Thank you

You can also learn to use DDSOpt or Ordenador, and (for manual work) GIMP so you can do the scaling yourself. On a potato like mine, I have to reduce pretty much every mod to 1K except for key files like followers' faces (2K max). I have oodles of disk space, but lack the VRAM or CPU speed for for honkin'-big textures.
