yayyy i'm finally allowed to announce it publicly lmao. here's some unapproved sketches and ideas for the cover which went through A LOT of revisions i was literally fixing some at the airport, and a screenshot of some of the final interiors. the book is 186 pages long and is best suited for young adults so 12-21 year olds if i'm remembering the bracket right.

it also features an lgbt protagonist who's wasian ( half-filipino, half-white) because when john and i discussed the story i did tell him that i'd like to work on putting more southeast asian characters in comics and in stories that like, aren't always about the struggles of being a poc in a western country or focused on generational trauma.
