Character Suggestions: Blue (January Cute Menu) (Patreon)

Since Star Fox Runner's theme won, he's the one writing the intro to this Character Suggestion post! He also gets 1 extra character suggestion for this.

Our theme this time is Blue!
You must suggest characters that incorporate shades of blue into their character design. Alts can be included! They can be blue clothing, blue hair, or blue skin (or fur. >:3)

Remember, blue must be one of the primary parts of their design, For example, a full head of blue hair counts, a small blue highlight does not.
Also shades of violet/purple do not count. IT MUST BE SHADES OF BLUE.
Be sure to think along these lines!

 The rules:   
*One post per character.
*Each patron can have 3 suggestions.
*Please post an image of the character (NO fanart) along with your suggestion!
*Give each other hearts! When suggestion has >=4 hearts, they'll be put in the poll  
*You have roughly 2 weeks to mention your favorite character! Please check all suggested characters to not double post!!!  
* There will be only one winner!
The poll with characters that have received at least 4 hearts will go up shortly after roughly 2 weeks from now.
