 Congratulations on winning with your entry to the Sun Hee dress up contest, Arcmedic!
As part of the prize, he gets to choose a theme. The following section is written by him: 

I want your best suggestions for ladies who have some form of psychic power, so those with abilities such as reading minds, foreseeing the future, telepathy, psychokinesis, etc. 

The rules:  

- You can suggest up to four characters.
- Your suggestions can come from any comic, TV/Film (including live action) or game series.
- All suggestions must meet the the following criteria:    
    - They must have some sort of psychic power.    
    - They can’t be deities.     
    - You must explain what powers they have as well as an image of your suggestion.
- You have two weeks to make suggestions.
- Those with five hearts or more will go through to the poll.
