IMPORTANT UPDATE FOR 🌈 TIER PATRONS (Patreon)

Patron support has finally given me an update regarding the fulfillment issues some 🌈 Tier Patrons have been experiencing.

If you fall under the following criteria:

Subscribed to the Rainbow Tier for 3 Months or more consecutively before the Rainbow shirt was retired on December 25th 2023, and have still not received any confirmation email or your Rainbow T-shirt.

Patreon support has told me that you should be contacting their Merch team by either filling out this form here or by emailing merch@patreon.com.

I'm very sorry for any inconvenience this has caused! Merch distribution is ultimately out of my hands and the response times have been very poor so I apologize for the delay in my followup. However, I've done my best to bring every issue you've brought to me to Patreon support. They've urged me to let you all know that you should be bringing any further questions you may have regarding this issue to Patreon support directly so they can solve these issues on a direct, case by case basis.
