*IMPORTANT UPDATE for current and previous 🌈Tier Patrons regarding the Rainbow (Astolfo) t-shirt* (Patreon)

Hello everyone! 👋 It's now April 30th. That means that if you joined the Rainbow Tier before December 25th 2023, you should have received your Rainbow Astolfo T-shirt by now.

With that being said, if you have not yet received your Rainbow (Astolfo) shirt and subscribed to the Rainbow tier for 3 months or more consequently before December 25th, I would implore you to please contact Patreon support via filling out the form here or by emailing merch@patreon.com if you haven't already.

I discussed this in my previous 🌈 Tier exclusive post, but in short, I've been very disappointed by the complete lack of quality customer service many of my 🌈Tier Patrons received from Patreon support.

The emails they received ranged from completely contradicting one another to being told they wouldn't receive their Rainbow shirts altogether, despite my Patrons clearly hitting eligibility requirements for the shirt. Not only that, the fulfillment times for Merch items were at times exceedingly lengthy, with Patreon providing little information on fulfillment and shipment status to patrons in general.

As a result, we're transitioning away from using the Merch by Patreon system altogether and will be looking into other Merch on Demand providers as we look to create other Merch options in the future.

Thus, for the reasons outlined above, if you began your subscription to the 🌈 Tier on December 25th 2023 or earlier, stayed subscribed consecutively for 3 months or more AND you made attempts to contact Patreon support and still haven't received your Rainbow Shirt, I will be printing and sending you a Rainbow Tee at no extra charge.

So if that sounds like you, in order to receive your Rainbow shirt email me at "crashsune@gmail.com", and include the words "Patreon Shirt" in your emails subject line. You also must include your Patreon username, as well as your full name and address (So I can ship it to you!) plus proof that you subscribed to the 🌈Tier before December 25th and subscribed for 3 months or more.
