--Update for those who have yet to recieve their Rainbow (Astolfo) shirt-- (Patreon)

It's getting to be nearly three months since the Rainbow shirt was retired, that means most of you in the Rainbow Tier should be receiving your shirt soon or have already received it by now.

However, if you have not yet received your Rainbow (Astolfo) shirt and subscribed to the Rainbow tier for 3 months or more consequently before December 25th, I would implore you to first contact Patreon support via filling out the form here or by emailing merch@patreon.com.

That being said, I've been quite disappointed by the lack of quality customer support many of my Patrons received from Patreon support. Many of the emails they received contradicted each other or completely disregarded what Patreon itself says regarding how its merch system operates. Most disappointingly, some of my Patrons were even told they would not be receiving their Rainbow shirt at all despite them hitting all the marks for eligibility. This, combined with the often lengthy fulfillment times of the merch items themselves means that I will be seeking a new distribution partner for all future merch items.

So for the reasons outlined above, if you subscribed to the Rainbow Tier for 3 Months or more consecutively before the Rainbow shirt was retired on December 25th 2023, and have still not received the Rainbow T-shirt merch item or any confirmation email regarding shipping status of your Rainbow T-shirt AND you made attempts to contact Patreon support and still haven't received your Rainbow Shirt by April 30th 2024, I will be printing and sending you a Rainbow Tee myself at no extra charge.

I will be doing my best to make sure everyone who earned their Rainbow T-shirt gets one and I'm sorry for any inconvenience Patreon has caused! (I will be making another post regarding this issue closer to April 30th.)
