10hr Sleep Aid + Audio: Pumpkin Spice Sleep! (Patreon)

Hi everyone!

The above audio is a shorter version with the conversation before going to sleep and just a few min of sleep.

I made two versions of the 10hr audio, one with a heartbeat and one without (I loveee long heartbeat audios to play the entire night, but I know some people prefer just breathing so I made both :) ). Both are downloadable through the link above. 

The beginning is a regular script (sweet girlfriend for sure), and to be honest like 95% of all of this is true haha. I am SO excited for fall and the apple orchard I describe is a real place that I love so much. Also, I totally got the giggles when recording this, so my apologies this is a very giggly audio lol.

If you want to skip straight to the sleep stuff on the longer videos go to about 20 min or so in :)

If the downloads give you any trouble just let me know and I'll find somewhere else to host them.
