Oof. Patreon, why? So many more declined payments this month than usual. Seeing that monthly amount drop so much hurts my soul. Oh well. I'm sure that it'll get back up throughout the course of the month!

Even with taking one of the days off and then struggling with EDE for four days, I still managed to get in 51 hours for about 29k words.

Ero Dungeon Evolution

I had some things I wanted to say about EDE, but then I thought about it more and decided to just keep it secret for now while I experiment with some things > : ^ ). Anyways, my plan is that both EDE and TQH will improve in the upcoming chapters thanks to what I want to do differently. But basically, I'm going to try to be as unashamed with them as I am with the rest of my stories. I want to bring them up onto the same level that TTE, LDQ, and Volcano are on.

The Queen's Hound

A bit of a dramatic thing last week that covered lots of setup and a bit of worldbuilding. Going to try to have more of an action/comedy/ecchi focus this week.

Lazy Dragon Queen

I really hope this story ends up being successful since I confidently believe that it's my best one by far. But, I do struggle a bit to believe that it will be as successful as I believe it should be. Pure slice of life romcom doesn't sell that well in the West. People want their action and drama and struggling and all that. But regardless, I still believe it's my best story as far as consistent quality and fun goes.

Volcano

I'm thinking of renaming the story - or rather the series, to just "Core." The way I've got it planned in my head, "cores" are pretty important and there are a whole bunch of different types of them. There aren't just dungeon cores. For example, the latest chapters introduced monument cores. There will be more, too. I don't plan on the MC being only a dungeon core, either. So, I think something like "Core: The Volcanic Dungeon" would work for the first book. Then the second book would be "Core: The (Spoiler Spoiler)." As far as I could see, there aren't any other series already using that name, either, which did surprise me.

Anyways, going to start building up the Patreon chapters this week. I'm going to give it weekly 3k word chapters similar to LDQ's chapters. The 3k word chapters are not only far easier for me to write than the 5k word chapters - that 2k difference makes a huge difference, but I believe that the 3k word format tends to have a bit more consistent quality than the 5k one. 3k is a solid amount for a "scene." 5k usually ends up being a scene and a half or trying to fit in two scenes.

Oh yeah, and the story was able to hit the top of trending and second most read story of the week on RR \o/. That was nice.

In Closing

I started writing this, got tired, and took a nap even though I had just woken up. Now that this is done, I can start writing TQH for the night.

Also, whoo, everything is on time \o/. TTE and LDQ were a bit late, but I still got them done and now don't have to write them in my Monday slot. Let's not forget that my days don't start until I wake up on them = P. So long as I wake up on Sunday, then a chapter still counts as a Sunday chapter even if released Monday morning so long as I haven't slept yet.
