Bigger would just look ridiculous and more comical than anything. I think thats the perfect sizes

Well...refer to the last one I think that size was not ridiculous at or maybe it's just a nipple that looks different. However, I know that Eqamrd uses the same motion as Fluttershy so I think that's why Celestia looks different.
