February + 2024 Plans (Patreon)

Hello everyone! Just wanted to make a general post getting everyone up to speed on what I'm planning going forward in the new year, and also in February in general! 

I've decided I wanna really polish and refine things this year, and get myself in a better place financially, as well as professionally. This year, along with the pin-ups for Patreon and Commissions, I'm going to be putting in effort to really get a Portfolio built, and to get more Projects under my belt that I can share in wider circles, both on my personal website, but also to wider audiences (read, SFW audiences) 

For this month: The main plan is to finish off as many outstanding commissions as I can (at time of typing this, there are... 10 of varying sizes that I'm being asked about)

On top of Commissions, I'm going to start a Design Project, with the intention of finishing it off into a Calendar at the end of the year. Each Month, I'll be designing a Pin-up based on a Greek Deity, While also making an Original Design for them, and potentially a couple small Sticker and Wallpaper designs (and any other ideas some of you think might be interesting)

I have all 12 Deities Picked, and Assigned Months, January was Zeus, who is sketched and polished. February will be Eros, March will be Ares. So this month I'll be working on both of those and trying to finish them off. My intention is to IDEALLY have each Deity finished by the First of the Month, because then, I can send out Calendar pages for all of you to use for that month, and get in the hang of it? However, I'm not gonna beat myself up TOO hard if I miss a deadline... (I'll try not to at least) 

Otherwise, the only other outstanding Work related thing is Patreon Pin-ups, which I still intend to do, however, I'm going to try to take some of the energy I've been putting into them previously, and direct it a little smarter? Make these pin-ups more in line, proportional to how much I'm getting paid from Patreon each month. Maybe diversify the ideas somewhat? Make stickers or other designs, idk. 

I want to diversify my streams of income more, so things like Design work, Shirts, Stickers, etc, will be a focus and on my mind, also finding ways to do YCH commissions and other such work will be a big focus. Any resources or help you all have, I would greatly appreciate! 

My only other main goal, which doesn't immediately have a monetary tie in, but is professionally related is: I wanna make MORE COMICS. Especially Comics that aren't like... incredibly kinky and nsfw so I can't show them anywhere.

So, that's mainly what my thought process is going into this year. Right now, I'm about to leave on vacation for a week, which... hopefully, helps me sorta... take stock? Of everything? I'm interested in studying some of my peers on Patreon and how they monetize and use their accounts, so I may start switching up some things on the back end as well? But we shall see!

Eros and Ares I'm ALREADY planning on working on this month, so if you want to suggest them, that's always an option, but I'll leave them in the comments on that post, just so you all know that that's already happening.
