I wanted to show off some of Aidan's Training, and Realized, hey, this is a great thing to use for Bradley! So for his lore, this is also how Bradley got into Fitness as a hobby! He used to be much more shy, but upon arriving at the resort, met Aidan, and got a lot of self-confidence boost through his Training! 

Aidan doesn't mind! He'll have that mass back in like... a day or two, ready to give to someone else!
