Ace of Cups (Patreon)

Finally done! You don't know how muc weight has been lifted off my shoukders for htis! I've had a lot of time to complete this but because of my Grandads passing and corona, its been hard for me mentally. As well as being stuck artistically, this was a tough piece that went through so many changes. I wanted to stray from my usual colour palette and i didn't like it, I then spent ages looking for colours then to find I didn't like the pose and basically started my piece from scratch during the 5 day extension I had, and it was better than the 3< months I had to complete it originally! Sucks with what anxiety and depression can do to the creative process. When I applied for the zine I was worried I wouldn't have time to complete it but then rona happened. The entire time I felt like quitting, I though about how that would affect the mods and the person possibly having to stand in for me and the money I definitely need....! The mods bing as kind and responsive as they were really helped, you could tell this was a well planned project with a lot of passionate and considerate people behind it. As well as amazing artists too (that I felt I didn't want to let down). A lot of emotions came out w this piece, I'm so glad its done and I think I completed it to the best of my current ability, I hope you like it!

 Of course the speedpaint & process will be available, the files may take time bc the file is actually like 3000 x 5000 pxs or smth so idk how I'm gonna work out that, it meant I could only use sai and camtasia when drawing, no chrome or anything or it would get super slow or refuse to execute an action. Thats probably because of my low disk space but nonetheless, the file will be big if I can compile one.  I think thats it, thanks for reading this long ass blurb and hopefully we can get back to our regularly scheduled programming !
