Dia 2017 - Process (Patreon)

Second old art process, the first one was my Midzel art. 

I was really into painting back then, things ended up taking too long because I'd change something major like the entire face so thats why I started adding lineart to my process. Since I'm not a clean sketcher it makes painting a lot easier and a lot less boring....Lining takes a lot of time (for me anyways since I'm a perfectionist) and so does flats and shading...but the new process has definitely made me more attentive and my art even more detailed. 

I don't really like how this turned out, I don't think I did back then but  was pretty depressed and DETERMINED to complete some art lmao, i should've taken more time with this and not rushed it, since the sketch is so different to the finished product. I like to think of this art as an experiment lol....

I think its good to look back on your old art because if you feel like you haven't done enough you can see little changes to your process, to your style and even the little things can be encouraging !
