SOMEONE ASK FOR A REFUND? (Patreon)

For several days I have noticed that I have a charge for a certain amount of money, so I asked for help to support patreon and they have informed me that indeed one of you has asked for a refund, although I have no clear because it is, and which is not the usual pledge, but a larger amount, unfortunately they can not provide neither the name of the person who requested it or because he did something that makes me a deshacierto by Patreon, even so have I informed that after you get your refund will be removed from my list and may not again make a pledge ever.
