399/5000 the packs are delivered by private message at the end of the month when their pledges are approved, so I recommend that they check that their payment methods are updated and in order. As a new patron you have the right to the pack of the month that passes and one more of the previous month that you choose. If you are interested in all the packs then you can buy them with an extra payment, all together or separately.

What if I were to switch to counselor? It states that I will have access to all of your art. Wouldn't that be a superior alternative?

That reward allows you to have access to more jobs and to a past pack of the same level, access to exclusive chat, participate in the polls, etc.

Ok. But would I be able to view all of the past packs and art of that tier and not have to pay extra for every single pack including your old account correct?

In your first month you will get two packs, and in the next month you will only be paying for the pack of the month that passes, if you want the packs before today the price is 46 dollars for 42 packs, or separately if you are you can buy one for 5 dollars.
