Comic Report #18 - Transitions (Patreon)

Here's my first comic page since coming back from medical leave. This one's a transitional page, wrapping up the confrontation in the alley and moving forward towards the next couple scenes I have planned. Like a gradient of colors, I feel it's important to have your intermediate between one scene and the next in order to keep the narrative fluid, and this is one of those pages.

When I plan out thumbnails and I plot story arcs I have a bad habit of wanting to stretch things out and explain everything. I had thought about a page of talk between the Gravekeepers and Lou & Monday but I feel like the prior pages already established that and it'd be better to trim the fat and move things along.  I don't want to spoil future pages but I have a very classic-Allie intertwining threads of plot idea planned which I'm excited to see to fruition.. in, uhh.. well.. however long it takes me to get there these days.

I waited a day to put this post up because I was really excited to get into a lot of work I have going, so I'm going to keep this one short and jump back into the grind.  Thanks for sticking with me!
