Drag-drop import for Inference now supports files with Inference or Automatic1111 metadata, more metadata types may be supported in the future as well. Just a few more things to finish until release :3

Added
- You can drag in external .png files to load project states, similar to the image gallery. Supports images generated from Inference or with Automatic1111 metadata
- Added "Restore Default Layout" menu option for resetting dock layout

Fixed
- Fixed custom VAE setting not taking effect when refiner model includes a VAE
- Possibly fixed a bug relating to new generated images showing up as blank in the gallery before scrolling
- Updated translation resources from POEdit
