ドラクエⅤ、天空の花嫁に登場する3人の嫁候補のうちの１人で主人公とは幼馴染。
実は2歳年上。幼少期はおてんばお姉さんキャラ、大人になるとしっとりとした女性になる。
しかしドラクエⅤは非情なゲームでもあり、嫁は3人のうちの1人しか選べないため、ビアンカを選ばないで他のキャラと結婚するとビアンカは1人山奥の村で寂しく暮らすことになる(公式設定)。
そのため、割と薄い本でも人気である。
Bianca is one of the three potential brides in "Dragon Quest V Ha*d of the Heavenly Bri*e," and she's a childhood friend of the protagonist.
She's actually two years older. As a child, she was a tomboyish big sister figure, but as she grows up, she becomes a more composed and serene woman.
