Ok so... I just added ".png" and it converted into a PNG... weird but I'll check if it's a web browser problem, thanks for the answer.

if it's the same problem, my file was just called "1" without file extention at the end, like .jpg or .png, just name it whatever you want but add the ".png" at the end!

IDK whats going on with that for its fine on my end so IDK how to fix it for some people, seems like a broswer/location thing. Change the file to a PNG by typing ".png" at the end of the file. Saw that fixed it and allowed it to be visible.
