Vol 5 is called [Heroes] as you may have noticed we have been seeing the other 3 heroes quite recently. As such the story kinda wants to show their pov...

I can skip them and keep showing them only as outside characters from Elizabeth's pov. 

But, there is the option to move into their shoes. What does this mean ?

That we could see at least how they felt about the induction and how they see the world after it.

Now, too much text so let's get to te juicy part.

If you vote for Akira's pov... things will get nasty, to be honest his pov is disgusting. I took a peek into how it would come put, and he is a sociopath (Not the fun kind) chauvinist little piece of s#it. You will see his morning and how he abuses (physically) Rena, how he disparaged her. It will be heavily implied that he only sees women as toys for him to enjoy. And you will understand how he does it, in a nutshell, it ain't pretty and by Rr standard any series with him as the Mc would not be able to be published till he is of age. I may get into Rr with it since there is a niche for abusive rapist pieces of crap that isn't explored. But I ain't writing it(unless you get to my last tier and ask me for it. Please don't)

Rena's pov....

Well that one is straight up sad, you will see from her pov how she loves and craves for akira's attention, how she lives for him. And how she justifies his abuse of her. It is the pov of a rape victim that lives in a toxic environment. One that was molded to not trust anyone but Akira and those that he deems worthy of his attention(Aka other victims). Her pov is basically how Rossie may have ended up if she had stuck to Akira instead of Elizabeth.

Michael pov is the safe one. We get him seeing Elizabeth's magic a resume of how he think the system is a magic artifact and his suspicious about Akira and Rossie. He ignores Rena tho.

The last one... is your "We don't care, we only want more of Rossie"
