New Feature: Animator Reels! (Patreon)

Hey, everyone! Apologies for the slow update (yet again)!

I hit upon an idea that might be easier for me to deliver more posts at a faster rate. A new feature will be introduced in a few days—animator reels! It’s understood there are many of these on YouTube currently and were also originated by Thad Komorowski on his blog, which are still active. I had planned to make this a regular component to my posts on moonlighting Golden Age animators in comics, but that got to be almost impractical to manage for a post, with researching and editing video content on averytight deadline. 

One of the animator reels I’ve meant to put together is the work of Manuel “Manny” Perez, one of Friz Freleng’s main animators throughout much of his career.  His work has been identifiable for me based on his drawing traits for funny animal stories in comics, produced by James Davis’ Hollywood shop. 

These animator reels will all be available to the public. Keep an eye out, folks!
