Update!! (Patreon)

Hey, folks! Apologies for the lack of updates, but I’ve decided to fix up this Patreon page to keep it simple and reasonable, in terms of rewards. As you’ll see on the main page, I’ve updated the reward tiers accordingly. You will be happy to know this week, there will be an exclusive animator breakdown posted to this Patreon page! The cartoon presented will be Bob McKimson’s The Grey Hounded Hare (1949), which will be released to the public. After this one is released, all other exclusive “animator breakdowns” will only be available to Patrons. Any other Cartoon Research-related article previously published on the site that is in need of an update will be available to the public (that includes the Bob Wickersham update)...

A "restoration comparison" from the George Pal Puppetoon Wilbur the Lion (1947) will also be released to the public. The same applies to restoration comparison videos; after this upload is released, they will only be available to Patrons.

I hope there will be more supporters to this Patreon page. I enjoy writing/researching classic cartoons and giving them the proper care to appeal to a wide audience via digital restoration.
