You're very welcome! I gotta say, I ran off and bought that print the second you reacted to it and chat said it was on etsy. It's sooo beautiful. I had to have one, and you needed one to! I'm glad you liked the buns! And these chapters are hilarious. The book is funny. WWX is such an idiot.

Every time I read the end of chapter 10, I get this picture in my mind of Lan Zhan dragging Wei Ying by the back of the collar of his robes, while Wei Ying just goes "...HUH?!!" XD . Also, I love the bun buns!

I love how confused WuXian is with what's happening around him. He thinks he's so clever but everything ricochets right back at him leaving him even more confused. Also WangJi being like: I will take this man to my home. Other people and WWX: Huh?!? WangJi: It's not a secret. You don't ask - I don't tell. You have to ask to know, unless you're my brother. He always knows. It's unfortunate.

Someone pointed this out (might have been Cu) and I can't forget about it. When WWX thinks about sandal wood sent and clearly finds it comforting and familiar and then discovers the alcohol which he also point out smells intensly and it is hidden in LWJ's room - bc probably WangJi finds the sent of alcohol comforting bc it reminds him of WWX. I love this whether it was planned this way or not.

I have been waiting for so long for your reaction to Chapter 10. Like, it is the true start of the Gay. I love it so much. It was so hard to format that chapter because I kept getting distracted by the pining. For your questions, Fairies: This is a typical thing in most stories that they are cultivated spirits from living things. If you watch more fantasy based Chinese dramas, it comes up a lot. MXTX uses this trope in her stories as well when she refers to Fairies. The Cold Springs: Yep. It's the same as in the show. Lan Wangji is often seen in them after dealing with Wei Wuxian, or after receiving punishment that one time. But, you gotta admit, after dragging Wei Wuxian home, dropping in off in his bedroom, then peacing out to the Cold Springs.... yeah Wangji, you're not fooling anyone here (Except WWX). LOL

Also, follow up on the art. Pandora is working on a WWX piece to compliment the Wangji piece. Her and I talked about it on twitter what scene it will be and such. I can't wait until she drops that and shatters my heart.

about your 'Fairy' question. Most chinese stories I come across have the same idea, she didnt come up with the concept. But most of the other stories I've seen call this 'cultivation', animals and people can cultivate to become more powerful and eventually immortal. (Eternal Love, Ashes of Love, Legend of the White Snake)

I was amused to discover that apart from things like removing negative energy, enhancing the flow of qi, sandalwood is also used to improve libido and as a natural aphrodisiac. Surely Wangji does not need anything to increase his levels of desire ... or does he hope it will work on Wei Ying?
