Issues with payments? (Patreon)

It's come to my attention that some people in Russia or otherwise might be having difficulty making payments/getting rewards. If you're having trouble, please let me know and I'll work with you. I'm also in the (long overdue) process of setting up a separate email system to deliver perks outside of Patreon, for those who can no longer subscribe through Patreon or for delivering content that Patreon might not allow me too.
