Figure drawing warmups (Patreon)

I haven't done figure drawing in a while, and I really need to get into the habit of doing it more. I'm decent about doing warmups, but I dont always stop to do longer poses. Spent a little more time on the single dude's back. Backs are a weak point for me so I wanted to really do my best on that one!
One thing that always helps me with proportions is paying attention to spacing between key areas (like bone processes, muscles etc) and the negative space areas when looking at reference. I always find that if my proportions are feeling a bit off, checking those things usually helps! Measuring space goes a long way. I included the drawing with negative spaces highlighted to show what I mean! Im not always good at explaining things lol
