Will the patreon get a beta? And will the monsters be friendly once you help them? Like in my friendly neighborhood the Dogs are hostile but once you feed them they are friendly?

Yes! We're debating on a trailer that focuses more on the environment and less on Rambley here in the near future, then when we know a release date there will be a gameplay trailer that announces that date!

Unfortunately no. Games like this have a heavy focus on story, surprise, etc. If we gave it to everyone on the Patreon a few days early, someone's going to leak it. We've already had leaks from the Patreon circulating online which is kind of sad. As far as friendly monsters, you'll just have to see!
