You open and close the door abruptly, startling Shoto.

"Ah, you're back, sweethea--..huh? What's-- ..slow down, I can't understand... Hey-!"

He ices you from the hips down before approaching.

"Apologies, but you weren't listening. Obviously you're upset. Did something happen on the job? You know you can talk to me..."

You explain more calmly.

"...Mhm.. Ahh..people really got under your skin today, I see... You're right, they shouldn't have been so disrespectful.. But hey, it's all over now."

He melts the ice, allowing you to move.

"People can be cruel, and will try to discourage you... But you can overcome that negativity by believing in yourself, and being surrounded by people who lift and inspire you. I'll always be here to cheer you on, don't forget that.. Besides, our imperfections are what make us who we are. Don't ever think you're not good enough.."

He steps closer, and hugs you to his body.

"Come here, love.. Let me comfort you, and help you relax.."

Softly, he kisses your lips, then trails them down the nape of your neck.

"..Mm, better? ..I love you so much.. Why don't we take a shower, then we can do whatever you want.. Sound good?"
