Patreon Expansion + Rules Update (Patreon)

Making a few changes to the Patreon going forward.

Firstly, there's more slots in every tier. To get to all of them, I'll be doing multiple streams in every month. Stream announcements will go out a week ahead of time instead of a day ahead, so that folks will be able to plan around attending better. Some will be at euro time and some will be NA time like regular. Just to be clear, you still only get to redeem one commission per month.

There's some more distinct rules regarding what can be requested for your monthly. Go to the main page of the patreon to read the specifics. Generally speaking I'm using more discretion when it comes to how time consuming or complex a request might be.
