Commission prices & TIER 5 CHANGES (Patreon)

So starting next year I wanna make some changes, mostly with some commission pricing, increasing the price per fullbody commission to $100.  

The other change which will go into effect starting in Feburary is that I will reduce the fullbody character drawings for Tier 5 patrons to cellshaded drawings. So they will still be fullbody drawings but won't be fully rendered illustrations as they were before. This is because it takes a lot of time to make these illustrations sometimes which isn't fully justified for the price.  This change is like I said goign into effect starting Feburary so people don't feel like I am cheating them out of an illustration in January.
