Issue viewing posts (updated april 4th 2022 - Resolved?) (Patreon)

Hey everyone, I'm getting some messages that people are able to view posts again, please let me know if you're still unable to view posts.

Hey folks, it's been brought to my attention that posts are displaying as being locked out to people despite their memberships being active, I'm currently looking into why this is happening and hope to have an answer soon!  Sorry for the inconvenience and thanks for your patience <3

While this problem is going on, all art posted this month will be DM'd directly to you to ensure that you don't miss out on anything! (But hopefully the problem does not last very long)

Additional details:  

• This problem does not seem to be affecting any new or returning patrons who made a pledge during this month
• Re-pledging restores your access to posts, but it also charges you (note: since you're still listed as active patrons currently, you shouldn't have to repledge to get access, there seems to be a bug with the site).  You should only repledge if you feel comfortable/want to pay the recurring pledge that was paused last month
• I've learned that at least two other patreon creators are currently experiencing an identical issue, so it's definitely a problem with the site and not this page specifically.
• (updated april 4th):  I received a reply from patreon support, confirming that this is a glitch with the site, and their engineering team is working on getting it resolved.
