I managed to fix the disappearing sword bug however I realized that the issues with the dress were due to the model itself. It loads into Blender with missing textures. Unfortunately, there's not much I can do to fix the model itself and I could not find any other available models online.

I'm sorry that this mod didn't turn out as good as it could have! If anyone has access to a different model I'd be very happy to update this mod!

(To make up for this month's request mod not turning out the best, I'll also make the request mode that came second in this month's poll! Ino Yamanaka is coming!)
