I’m continually impressed by how quickly you pick up on the dynamics between all the SKZ members! Hyunjin and Felix do have a special relationship with each other, (it makes them a really popular ship as well, hyunlix) which is always so fun to see. Felix is definitely the most soft hearted and sensitive out of all them, Lee Know has talked about how he doesn’t tease Felix the same way he does other members for this reason. I think you’d find the SKZ 4th anniversary live really interesting to watch since they all take the MBTI test and talk about their results together. https://youtu.be/VIz32PUwHNU Looking forward to more reactions!

fun fact: korean age is actually not going to be different anymore since june 28 this year, they'll start using international age

It's interesting that you see Felix as an introvert and Hyunjin as an extrovert, because it's very much the opposite - Felix is the most extroverted in SKZ along with Changbin, while Hyunjin is one of the only two acknowledged introverts, along with Han. You can see his introverted side come out more in the 2kr with Changbin and Lee Know, especially. Felix does tend to lack confidence and second guess himself, though (though he's getting better!) while Hyunjin is typically more self assured about his abilities, so maybe that's what you're picking up. About Felix sounding like a different person in English - he didn't actually know much Korean when he came to Korea and had to learn it. He's much better now but I would guess English is still much more comfortable for him, which is why he becomes a lot more confident and extroverted speaking it. About Hyunjin saying he's plain on stage - you're kind of missing the background story here. Unlike the others who had some performance experience (dance, singing, etc) when they started, Hyunjin didn't. He was scouted based on his looks by a JYP scout when he was 15.5-16 or so. So he basically went in lacking a foundation (though he was a fairly athletic kid growing up which surely helped). He struggled a lot in the beginning with both dance and rap, and was basically told by other trainees that "he can't make it on talent, but he's good looking enough to debut anyway" which as you can guess rubbed him the wrong way. He worked super hard for two years to get good enough to debut as main dancer and lead rapper. He has said many times (as have the others) that he'd spend hours dancing in front of the mirror, looking at his face and movements, analyzing every angle to see what needs improvement (that's kind of what his side of red lights calls back to). So I think it goes back to that - that he looks at his dancing very analytically, rather than being self-deprecating.

This video, while not the first video of this series, is truly a great way to start! Felix and Hyunjin (for me) are such an interesting duo. It's a bit like the West (or what I think of as the west/english openly speaking etc) vs the East, mostly Asian and reserved. Like if you ignore their backgrounds, they're very similar, but once you take their similarities and apply their geographic backgrounds...you come to the same conclusion. Both of them are sensative, towards the others' feelings, but both sort of approach it from a differing sort of upbringing. I love that they find it both embarrassing and also comforting to speak as openly as they do in 'english'... but also love that they're both very mindful of the 'korean language' sort of ramifications. I look at this 2 kids room and just see time, understanding and patience... I couldn't say that these 2 in particular have always held warm feelings for each other, but I can tell, that within this context at least, the feelings behind the words are very real. You come out of this episode just feeling the respect they have towards each other!

I think Felix comes across as introverted sometimes because while he loves being around people, he's usually not making himself the center of attention and he can be a bit shy or lacking confidence sometimes which are traits people associate with introverts. It's kinda like how Han is introverted, but comes across as very outgoing and social. Introversion/extroversion is just whether you gain or lose energy from socializing but I get why people are a bit thrown off by an extrovert being shy or an introvert being loud and outgoing

Lilian B.

@miroh I agree, I think it really comes down to semantics in this case - introvert/extrovert is basically whether people charge or drain your social battery, and whether your energy is more "inwards" or "outwards" - but a lot of the time people use it to mean personality traits which are stereotypically aligned to one type but are not necessarily an indication of that type on their own. Also he's still going off on very little, so I'm guessing he'll start picking up on their more accurate personalities as he gets deeper into non-performance content.

SKZ-RECORDS are solo/group music projects/covers they upload on youtube just because they want to LOL as well as the SKZ-PLAYERS, but the difference is that the second ones have an MV✨️ Actually, last year, they made a full album with 25 songs named SKZ-REPLAY (8 new solo tracks and 17 songs that they uploaded on YouTube a long time ago). You should react to them 🥹 * chef kiss *

I’m so glad you’re watching this series!! I love all of these episodes and the previous ones as well! It’s such a neat way to see how they’ve grown as people and how the relationship dynamics between each paid have evolved as well!

Frida

I looove 2 kids room!! Episode 16 with Han and Lee Know is my favorite, this duo will always be fun to watch :)

I suggest you to watch Bang Chan and Felix interview with Eric Nam, it’s in English and it’s still recent 🥳💘

I hope you will react to some of Hyunjins dance videos soon. He has a few, some he choreographed himself as well 🥰

iiluvyoumarr

You should react to Easy, Charmer, Domino, Circus, and 24 to 25

You would absolutely love Hyunjin's 3 dance videos (Play With Fire, when the party's over, and Studio Choom Artist of the Month. He's one of the best dancers in kpop, no question.

Tiana Morgan

Lol it's backwards. Felix is extraverted and Hyunjin is an introvert.

When you point out that Chan looks tired/makes a couple of comments here and there, you'll find when you watch interviews he tend to take a step back and let the others shine (except for in English interviews, he tends to take the lead a bit more then). Also he has spoken a lot, particularly in his lives, that he has a lot of issues sleeping.

JasiriRaid

I'm excited for you to see Hyunjins and han's they amount of drama with those two 😂

Terrena PS

You need to watch some live performances to see Hyunjin on stage, in concert hes next level! The energy he gets being on stage is simply stunning, your eyes are drawn to him and how he moves, and his concert growls are immense 🤣🥰

Laura Cantu

Hyunjin's english is better than you expect!

dddlkn

I think in actual fact Felix is an extrovert (gains energy from being with others) and Hyunjin is more and more introverted these days as he has grown.
