Designer v1.2.4 (Patreon)

I'm very excited to talk about the next version of Designer.

May of 2023 I set out to develop the best way to custom you device. Just as I did in 2013 with LockPlus and FrontPage. This update makes me feel i'm getting very close to that goal.

Designer is LockPlus and FrontPage in one, but better. Allowing users to hide stock elements and display what they want on the lock screen and home screen. Today i'm proud to announce the ability to add apps in Designer themes. yay! What this means is you can now hide that stock icon layout that you've been looking at for ages and put apps wherever you want!

Everything shown is Designer and all the stock elements are hidden via Designer. This is fully functional, you tap the 4 squares in bottom bar and a full app drawer opens, tap the phone and your phone app opens. Tap icons and that app will open, tap the camera photo and the camera app will open. Tapping the down arrow will animate the photo icons down and extend the apps to show another row of icons. Yes that's right this update also includes animations. If you want to see a taste of what Designer animations can do check out Elise on twitter. She has done some great animations.

Designer has turned into an incredible tweak and supports iOS13 - iOS16, root and rootless jailbreaks. I would argue this is the most in depth jailbreak tweak available today, giving you the power to do what you never thought was possible.

Of course there is many things added in this update.

• Set a custom LS timeout time
• Added AppIcon element
• Added option to tap hold option to allow changing of apps from the AppDrawer
• Added option to tap hold app in drawer to uninstall app
• Created a full app drawer with section for apps with badges, all apps, and even a shortcut menu for finding an app quickly
• Added animation options
• Added Music Info
• Options to hide the stock music player on the LS (yes even on iOS16)
• Added option for blurColors
• Added timer option to display on LS
• Allow PNG extensions in DesignerAssets
• Added gradient image to BatteryBar element
• Allow setting SB theme without needing to respring
• Reordered settings
• Added highlight view in creator options
• Added all elements button in creator allowing you to find an element quickly
• Added jump to option to easily jump to an elements style
• Added actions to UIView and UIImageview allowing things like openDrawer, openSpotlight, animation, playMusic, and more.
• Added iPad rotation support
• Fixed alarms causing crash on iOS15
• Added gesture that opens spotlight (swipe down) and open AppDrawer (swipe up)
• If editing a theme when you go to save it, it will include the edited theme name so you dont have to type it
• Add ability to hide stock apps
• Fixed name spacing in repos if a custom font is used
• Changes to french language
• Added option to set to LS or SB when saving a theme in the creator.

I'm sure there is some small changes I missed here. Fixing bugs that were reported or just giving a better user experience. This project is close to my heart. I truly enjoy creating it, but the jailbreak community don't know about it. I don't have it in a "public" repo so it's hidden from most users. If you find Designer interesting please share it. I do this out of passion and not money, but a little compensation for the massive amount of time it takes would help me out more than you think.
