Tweak preferences changed to allow delay of dimming screen and a different way of setting the black overlay.

Pretty much rewrote the entire tweak so would like to have this tested before I release an update. I have fixed the issues in my testing with the select devices I have. Tested on iPX, XSMax and iP7 + iP6 Plus.

If you have a newer notch device i'm looking for an outline for the outline themes. If you can create that please let me know.

New themes coming in the next few days including the fireworks.
