Win10 for FrontPage. (Patreon)

Download and put in /var/mobile/Library/FrontPage apply in FrontPage.

FrontPage
Go to settings/FrontPage enable FrontPage

 Choose Top, Hide Dock, Hide Icons, Hide Page Dots, and then Respring  

After respring go to springboard and swipe down with 2 fingers. Choose a Win10.

Double tap to add icons to the homescreen 

Drag icon to the bottom to remove from homescreen

Tap hold to change apps and icons
