Yessss, I kind of felt like they almost weigh him down - you know that part with Thor where he puts the hammer to keep people in place XD I was thinking something like that - so Prompto can't move an inch but it weighs like...an iron bracelet to Ardyn so he can just manouver Prompto's arms around as he pleases
