I think that Pear just doesn’t match well with Kawi he needs someone like Pisaeng who will keep him grounded and won’t let him go off the deep end . I think the reason he never wanted to marry Pear is because he don’t have that deep love for her like he thought

I'm glad that they showed us that Kawi will somewhat remember/ know what happens during the time he sorta missed because he time travelled, it seems like he gets a vague idea.

Sucks to be Pisaeng, imagine loving someone unrequitedly for 8 years 😢 I think Kawi in his little selfish ways is too hung up on goals as opposed to what he feels. He initially wanted Pear, when he “got” her he stopped listening and neglected her for his music (nothing wrong with prioritising work if all parties involved agree, but it was not the case here). It’s like he’s so focused on acquisition and the spectacle of life rather than living (maybe a side effect of growing up underprivileged) that he can’t even consider that he might love Pisaeng. He’s probably bisexual (yes, we exist lol 😆) and does love Pear, but it’s so clear they aren’t good for each other romantically in the way it is with Pisaeng. Unless he’s drunk and his inhibitions are lowered enough that his feelings start to show through. Just wait for this silly boi a little longer, Pisaeng 💪🏽 SUCH A GOOD EPISODE!! Can’t wait for next week 😆 🎉 💃🏾

There was so much in this episode. It's been my favorite so far.. i went into this series just liking it but this episodes writing made me fall into the love category. I agree that I think Kawi feels the love for Pisaeng but just hasn't been able to accept it. I think a big issue for both past and present kawi is his own self esteem he has little to none. So in his eyes i don't think believe he deserves Pisaeng.. i think he needs to work on this.. i pray he does. I also think since in the og timeline he doesn't know how to deal or work through his emotions either because he's only every really faced with unrequited love. so i think he needs to work on all of that. I like that his character doesn't always remember things in the future it kinda seems more realistic. I hope we get to see what Pisaeng saw when kawi time traveled. like did time stop for him? or does he just not see it. Also i have theory that he does believe that Kawi was telling the truth about the time travel (maybe he read his journal and choose to believe him).. idk bahaha.. i think too much.. i agree with javi tho who could would fall for Pisaeng after a song like that? I don't blame kawi for kissing him at all. I definitely think that was a lightbulb moment for Kawi. i need it to be friday already.

Your reaction is so relatable sksksk. This show is so good and this episode was perfection like you said. The drama and the pacing was *chefs kiss* and Pisaeng is everything!!! So glad Kawi is starting to see what's in front of him and actually face those feelings!

As soon as Psaeng pulled that chair towards Kawi and started serenading him with those lyrics Kawi was done for. He has definitely been in love with Psaeng for years. The way he always wants to contact him whenever he's going through anything difficult in his life. Psaeng wanted to be his comfort zone and Kawi took that literally. He just needed time to fully realize it. I also wonder what happened after that kiss that Kawi thought he wouldn't see Psaeng again (from the preview).

kawi is KILLING me with his slow pace understanding/confusion when it comes to not only Pisaeng but just his social relationships as well :,) but as much as it hurts me to see him mess up so bad, his character makes me feel so encouraged and seen as someone whos also trying to desperately find their right path... i felt that same way while watching Moonlight Chicken, but Kawi and the way he thinks is just so realistic and its so refreshing to see more and more complex characters like these :,)) im in LOVE with this series so far i cant wait for more eps/reactions!!

I'm so bummed that his dad still didn't make it. Unlike all of that other interpersonal drama, I don't think he's going to be able to fix it. I was hoping that maybe he would get a few extra years with him at least, after the surgery, but rewatching this with you I realized that the most obvious reason for Pisaeng to just bust into his room at the beginning is to tell him there's something wrong with his dad. 😢 I really wish that there would be some way that it's not inevitable, but I just can't see it. I have a big guess about a major plot point next episode, but it's based, unfortunately, on a spoiler I unwillingly saw. So not gonna say anything about that. My one guess based on the preview alone is that Kawi is now 100% on board with being with Pisaeng. Ha, he's gonna confuse the heck out of Pear and Pisaeng when he gets back. I really thought they were going to try to rehabilitate Not and have him as endgame for Pear, or maybe Kwan, but now I'm hoping that he's just out of the picture in the final version of the future. Maybe fired by his publisher for some scandal. I thought he and Kwan had a real chance, since his encouragement of Kawi previously was driven by Kwan's advice. But no, he sucks. We can still cross our fingers that Pear and Kwan get together. 🤣 Otherwise, it seems like Pear's happy ending should be with her single but successful, still close friends with our guys, and perhaps she could meet a hot guy in the last episode at Pisaeng and Kawi's wedding.
