These subtitles don't do justice to the complexities of what they talked about during the dining table scene. It was one of my favorite scene from the show and Gagaoolala definitely had better subs here.

Jiwoo being lonely when he was in the relationship was actually something I could totally relate to and I think it's true. Some people give their all to their relationships and lose who they are when they are with the person they love. They lose contact with the outside world and have no friends to talk to. Jiwoo looked and felt lonely in almost all of the flashbacks. Seojoon was surrounded by people who worked with him. But I couldn't even see Jiwoo with any friends whatsoever. He had friends before he met Seojoon.
