Productivity at Awajiri Laundry & Dry-cleaning is at an all time low. With only one thing on his mind, William wants to leave work early to confess to his crush. His boss Sentoumi realizes she has to do something her demotivated worker, by any means necessary.

This is part 1 of the new Sentoumi one shot comic. I wanted to get a couple more pages done before release but this is still a good starting point. I hope you enjoy, and look forward to more pages each week going forward.

dorky

this is really cute. I think some of the dialogue could be polished a little more BUT the actual story, the characters, their reactions and emotions are REALLY GOOD. The tension you build up with William confesses gets paid off with a lot of impact when Mimi so honestly and brutally rejects him. His expression at the bottom of page 6, where his head is in his arms, resting on the table he's sitting at with Sentoumi, is REALLY GOOD; you really feel his pain and hurt there. Sentoumi is really cute throughout. Seeing her start being grumpy and frustrated at him, to her being curious and following and seeing her soften up after seeing what happened to him. Still, even when she offers her belly to comfort him, she's still got a lot of fire and bossiness to her, but she's very sweet in her own way. I feel like she has a really strong character/personality that comes through clearly even through very different emotions. It's fun seeing her and following the story with her. Her belly looks SO CUTE when she lifts her shirt to show it. So soft! I thought William's honest response to why he liked Mimi, imagining how soft her belly would feel, was funny and cute, and Sentoumi offering hers is so fun! You did a great job of making it look pudgy and pillowy and soft. The panels look good, the angles and the expressions and the focus. The story flows pretty well because you use different angles to move it along in an interesting way. The way you focus on important expressions and emotions works well, and the sequence of them going upstairs in page 7, the different angles from panel-to-panel really make the sense of them moving from place to place feel realistic. Great comic so far. Very cute!
