August 2021 Project Update (Patreon)

Hey everyone it’s LaundryMom!

With the month of august around the corner, and with a huge development in one of my ongoing projects I thought it would be a good time to provide you guys with an update!

Project updates:

A couple months ago I mentioned how I was scripting a new comic project. Until recently that project has been on the back burner so I could focus on other patreon content, and moving house. However things have settled down considerably so I finally had time to make progress. As of literally 30 minutes ago, I have completed all 45 pages of storyboards for the comic and can begin working on the finished artwork. This is enough progress to get me confident enough to begin sharing details on the project

Our Private Festival - Synopsis

After being fed up with the constant work he does for his mother in order to prepare for the yearly town festival, a boy has a chance encounter with one of the town's farm owners, Daisy. He exchanges his mothers chores for a real job and begins his new life as a farm hand. After bonding with Daisy over their shared distaste for the festival that they both have overworked themselves in order to contribute to. they decide that on the final day of laboring for the festival they would celebrate with their own personal private festival.

To reiterate what I said in the last update for this project, I won't begin releasing the comic until it is nearly complete. so I'm not sure when this comic will begin publishing however to reiterate that same project update again, when it IS publishing, $5 patrons will have access to weekly page updates with $10 patrons being a couple pages ahead.
