Ever since Sailor Moon popped up in the wallpaper poll, I've been wanting to draw some of the characters. I looove Chibi Usa and Chibi Chibi Usa's designs so much...!!

I've also been on a little bit of a Sound Horizon kick again, so I wanted to draw Elise!
