This April marks one whole year on Patreon! Whether you've been here the entire time or just joined today, I sincerely cannot thank you enough for your support. This space has given me the ability to focus more on making art, and I love being able to share and communicate more with everyone. I genuinely feel so lucky. I'm so excited to dive into the second year!

Since this is sort of a milestone month, I wanted to do a few things to celebrate!

INPRNT Code (25% off this time!)

This month's INPRNT code - KK9M58I8 - is for 25% off instead of the usual 15%! Additionally, INPRNT is running a short free international shipping campaign for orders over $30, so you can potentially save a lot! The free shipping promo runs through April 3rd.

You can find my shop here! (reminder that the promo code unfortunately doesn't work for art cards - they should still count toward free shipping, though!)

Patreon Updates

  • I've been putting together a digital/printable coloring book document that collects the linework of some of my phone wallpapers, which will be posted this month. In the future I'd like to make one that uses the linework of some of my more recent prints, too, so if there are any you'd like me to consider, feel free to let me know!
  • I take a lot of photos for reference (usually plants, but occasionally other things), so I'm going to start making occasional downloadable themed reference packs! I haven't decided what format would be best (.zip file? PDF? Just post the photos individually as a gallery?), so let me know if you have a preference!
  • This one is a little further off, but in the future I'd like to make downloadable printables such as letter paper, recipe cards, to-do lists, or blank calendar sheets. If you have any preferences (or any ideas for the sorts of designs you'd like to see), feel free to comment below!
  • Also, a change to the Parade tier: Since things are about to get pretty busy for me, I'm going to be changing the bi-weekly sketchbook to a monthly sketchbook. This shouldn't drastically affect the number of images, but it will make it a little easier for me to keep up with and will also keep me from bombarding everyone with updates!

Personal Updates

There still isn't much that I can report here! We're still in the process of overhauling our pitch when we find the time, and I think it's much better for it. Hopefully we'll clear that finish line soon!

Cat-wise, there are no real updates, which is good news! It seems like kitten season is calming down a little, so we haven't been running into any wanderers recently. (I don't want to jinx it, though, since most of our cats were actually found during the summer months...)

Also, as you can probably tell from my recent journal comics, the weather has been pretty wild around here. Please send your best weather-calming thoughts our way!!!

I hope everyone has a great month! Thank you again for everything!

wow there are so many exciting things!! I’m glad the weather is warming up near you, I hope the botanical garden was in bloom. If you do choose to release things like to do lists and recipe cards in the future, it would be really cool to see maybe sticker sheets? Or a preorder for a calendar for next year, although I’m sure that would be quite the undertaking. Just some thoughts! Thank you for sharing all of this! Have a lovely weekend!

A lot was already blooming! I'm so excited to see the late spring blooms soon 🥰 I'd really love to do stickers or a physical calendar, but I'm not an efficient packager/shipper at all lol...! I'm hoping that one day in the future I can offer physical rewards, but with my current schedule printables are the best I can do 😭 And thank you, I hope you have a lovely weekend, too!!

I was rereading this today, I like your page on doing things that make you feel safer. 🥺 I'm glad you let yourself do that, I do my best to do that too! I also feel so sad seeing a tree get cut down or fall. I want to cry. 💔

It's hard to let yourself do it when it feels silly or overkill, but I'd still rather feel safer in the end haha! I'm glad you've been letting yourself do it, too!
