February wallpaper poll (Patreon)

I'm testing running the poll in the month before the wallpaper is posted, since it will give everyone more time to vote and will give me a little more designing time.

Since I didn't have any suggestions come in this time, I'm taking a themed approach - choose a Valentine's gift!
