I went to a chiropractor for a while. It helped a little bit but it isn't the back cracking part as much as the stretches and exercises. At the end of the sessions he would give me a list of particular stretches to do and it helped a bit. I don't know. Overall I think it's still quackery.

Chiropractic is pseudo science. DO NOT go again! I would suggest reading about health related issues before you just go. Chiropractic is very dangerous and useless
