The one nice thing you said about Texas isn’t really true anymore. The thing you said was nice, was that you can haul ass through Texas and cops can’t hide anywhere to catch speeders and give tickets. They have police aircraft that fly over those areas and send your vehicle description and speed to cops waiting at the next town. Who just sit on the highway and wait for you.

Someone let TJ know, you don't NEED to get a reservation to eat at the Bacchanal. You can just show up and wait in line, and if you time it right there's nobody there. But if you time it wrong, like dinner rush on a Saturday, you could be waiting over an hour.
