I won't go into A place an hour before because I know it takes A while to end the night and ppl want to go home

Logan

His point is that no server wants to intentionally make their jobs more difficult. Making customers unhappy immediately makes their job more stressful. The idea that a server would just decide to spite a customer for no reason makes no fucking sense.

alot of the time the waiter or waitress takes several orders at once and overwhelms the kitchen I’ve seen them take six order’s before even ringing one in to the kitchen

thepeasantchef

I hope no one I’ve worked with makes this list.

That thumbnail is fantastic! Also I really like these more personal or casual episodes like this and “the worst parts about moving”, or ones like the invention guessing episode! It always feels good to be a patron for this, well done!

i have to agree with Paul, having worked in food service myself, it tends to be the entitled customers who are worse than the under paid employees. Tj worked in food service for one day and couldn’t deal with one shitty customer without dumping food on him.

Kula

Cooking with jack is the guy TJ was thinking about. IDK how the guy hasn’t died with all the raw chicken he’s cooked and eaten.

Now this is good contento. And I love that thumbnail lol

Me and a friend went to this restaurant called "the Macaroni Grill" He asked the woman what macaroni she recommended and she looked him like he was crazy. Told us that they didn't serve that here, and that she would go some place else. We did, months later the Macaroni Grill was closed. Bad service and overpriced food will do that to a business.

Wasnt there supposed to be a Christmas episode?

i had a very similar experience at “Staples”. false advertising imo.

***REAL STORY, we're nice people and loved the place but very interesting experience with waiter lol*** My boyfriend and I were visiting Minnesota for his work. We went to a "nice" restaurant called Dolittles Woodfire Grill... our waiter immediately comes up to us, says his name, then says "It's my 3rd day so... bare with me!!" and we were like, yeah cool no problem, and he's like "just kidding!! been here forever..." and were like... oh.. for sure... Kinda a weird joke. He then proceeds to not refill our water ...ever. My boyfriend got cobb salad and asked to add avocado, waiter said no problem, but then brings a side of guac with his salad saying 'yeah, no avocado, but got you guac! hope that's cool!" Gross. It was wiiiild.

Glob

He just brought you some guac? that's based as fuck. cobb salad and guac are meant to go together

Yes Paul. No restaurant hires crazy people that are narcissistic and suck at their jobs. That's just unheard of. An employee that's self entitled that has no self awareness. Doesn't happen.
