You cannot concede land because a tyrant requests it, it was a nonstarter. It just sets a precedent that if you bitch enough and have large enough of an military, you can just be given land. That system is unsustainable, this isn't the 20th century.

We already tried diplomacy, Russia didnt, Russia wanted land concessions which isn't diplomacy. It threatened its neighbors constantly and lied about history.

The sanctions were in response to Russia's refusal to diplomacy. It stole Crimea and had been invading the Donbas for a while.

I respectfully disagree on Ukraine. I believe Russia were given plenty of opportunity to come to diplomacy, but hid behind underhanded methods to subvert a country’s sovereignty, install an insurgency and illegally annex land from said country. Putin wanted to keep a pro-Russian government in Ukraine, but when that got ousted, shit hit the fan back in 2014.

That's a strange standard. It's perfectly fine to criticize public figures. You are being critical of our coverage of boogie. You aren't perfect so shouldn't you leave us alone? It's just not super logical. And plenty of people have criticized us for our takes on the Ukraine during this episode. Did we ban everyone who disagreed? No, they have a different point of view and that's okay.

Can’t remember if you fellas mentioned Biden and the rail strike news in this episode, but Bernie came in hot with a great position. “The American people are increasingly disgusted at the level of corporate greed they see today,” Sanders said in a floor speech Thursday, adding there is “no greater example of corporate greed than what we see in the rail industry today.” Not to mention Ted CRUZ of all people voted to support more paid sick days, amongst other Republicans. Pretty wacky.
