the creator of Heartstopper is Alice Oseman - she uses both she and they pronouns so you were right! it's refreshing to see someone understand where Tao's coming from in this ep, and it's nice to hear that he's growing on you as a character! and yeah, season 2 is coming, and it's quite soon (August 3rd) and when Netflix confirmed season 2, they actually confirmed a season 3 as well at the same time! so Heartstopper won't be ending any time soon

I'm really enjoying your reactions and glad you are having so much fun with the series. So far the show has been renewed for a Season 2 (starts August 3rd) and a Season 3. I think there will be enough material to do more seasons but we'll see. Keeping my fingers crossed!! Oh, and Isaac is reading Radio Silence in this episode which is another book by Heartstopper's author, Alice Oseman. Looking forward to your next reaction!

Bowling is so fun if you're with the right group of friends :D Love it and even if I suck at playing, it's always a good laugh. I love Nick, he's best boy! I did feel bad for Imogen too but I really like the scene when they talk. It's refreshing to see actual and proper communication rather than a girl going on hissy fit because the guy doesn't want to date her. I also loved Nick telling Charlie about it and not hiding it for too long. Their scene at the arcade is just the cutest. Tao and Elle are best friends, not dating. In an earlier episode they made the promise to always put their friendship first no matter what happens between them. So when Elle realises she's starting to feel things for Tao, that's why her face goes a little sad, she remembers their promise... I agree, Tao is definitely not like Wai. I love the talk betwee Tao and Charlie, first time I watched the episode, I was worried that Tao would be worse but, as you said, he's concerned for his friend. I prefered that than the jealousy from ealier episodes. The line about the strongly worded DM cracks me up XD Tao vs Harry perfect! Great reaction :D And yay, you'll be finished with season and ready for s2 when it's released :D So excited !!
